How we run web design projects
A typical 9MM project starts with a page list and a written quote. You get two design rounds on the main templates, then we build, test on phones, and hand over CMS access plus the files. You own the domain, hosting account and source code. That is in the contract, not a verbal promise.

What a 9MM quote lists in writing
Basic includes template-based WordPress design, up to 5 pages, responsive layout, a contact form, SSL, sitemap, Analytics, CMS access, training and the first year of hosting and domain. Standard adds pages, basic on-page SEO and the listed business tools; Professional adds further pages and features. Two design rounds on the main templates are included. Bespoke design, ecommerce and work outside these packages are quoted separately.

Red flags when hiring a web design company
Templates sold as “custom”. Rankings “guaranteed” in weeks. The agency keeps the domain. No live Singapore examples. A salesperson who cannot name the designer. If you hear those, walk away. 9MM puts ownership and scope in the contract and shows live work.

How long a company should take
A typical business site at 9MM takes four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. Content is the main delay. If your text and images are ready, it moves faster. Anyone promising a custom 25-page site in three days is using a template or skipping testing.
File, domain and hosting ownership
Insist on written confirmation that the domain, hosting account and source code are yours. 9MM states that in every project contract. After launch you can stay on our hosting and maintenance, or take the files elsewhere. You are not locked in.

2. Quote in writing
You receive a fixed quote with page count, features, two design rounds and what sits outside the package. You sign that, not a vague “project fee”.
3. Design, then build
Two rounds on the main templates. Then we build the rest of the site to match, test on phones, and set up forms, sitemap and Search Console.
4. Handover you can use
CMS access, a walkthrough, and the files. You can edit text and images without calling us. If you would rather we handle updates, that is a separate maintenance plan.
SEO is in the build

Package scope and ongoing costs
These packages use template-based WordPress design. The exact scope depends on the package you choose and the requirements agreed before the project starts. Standard includes the Basic package features, while Professional includes Standard.
The S$459 Basic package does not represent a fixed five-page website. We confirm the required pages, content and features with you before providing the final scope. Bespoke design, ecommerce and functionality outside the listed package require a separate quotation.
Build times begin once your text, images and other required materials are ready. Allow around four to eight weeks for the overall project, including planning, content preparation, design reviews and launch. Two design revision rounds on the main templates are included. Changes to the agreed brief may require a separate quotation.
Hosting and domain are included for the first year where stated in the package. Before accepting your quotation, we will confirm renewal costs, applicable taxes, copywriting requirements, warranty coverage and any other ongoing services.

Basic S$459, Standard S$799, Professional S$1,499, as listed on web design Singapore. “Cost-effective” only means the scope matches the budget. If you only need five pages, do not buy twenty-five. If you need a store, use ecommerce website design, not a brochure package.
